ZGYX412-1分體式露天潛孔鉆機(jī)
集塵效果改進(jìn):采用雙聯(lián)鐵泵加單鐵泵替代原鋁泵，大幅提升集塵效果和泵的使用壽命；
馬達(dá)回轉(zhuǎn)頭提升:雙馬達(dá)回轉(zhuǎn)頭改為單馬達(dá)回轉(zhuǎn)頭，并且標(biāo)配490排量馬達(dá)，滿足高轉(zhuǎn)速工況需要；
整機(jī)布局調(diào)整完善:基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)車身布局進(jìn)行調(diào)整，使整機(jī)重心更加穩(wěn)定，三筋履帶改為單筋履帶，加強(qiáng)行走能力；
過(guò)濾效果提升:針對(duì)實(shí)際工況，提高了過(guò)濾器過(guò)濾面積和過(guò)濾精度，且加大吸油管、回油管等通徑，液壓元件使用壽命可提升一倍；
油霧器容量加大:增大了油霧器容量，特別是柴油箱容量加大至130L，滿足長(zhǎng)時(shí)間工作需求；
提升機(jī)器耐用度:回轉(zhuǎn)頭主軸與鉆桿卡套平鍵連接改為螺紋連接，避免長(zhǎng)期高轉(zhuǎn)速工作平鍵不耐用問(wèn)題；
推進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)升級(jí):推進(jìn)提升鏈條銷加粗，捕塵滑板座與定位套加強(qiáng)，結(jié)構(gòu)更加可靠耐用；
機(jī)器操作更為便捷:捕塵行程從200mm增加至300mm，前斜鉆桿架儲(chǔ)存6根鉆桿改為9根，操作更為便捷.

Improvement of the dust collection effect: use the double coupling iron pump and the single iron pump to replace the original aluminum pump, and greatly improve the dust collection effect and the service life of the pump;
Motor rotary head lifting: double motor rotary head is changed to single motor rotary head, and standard with 490 displacement motor, to meet the needs of high speed working conditions;
Adjustment and improvement of the whole machine layout: on the basis of the body layout adjustment, to make the center of gravity of the whole machine more stable, the three-band track is changed to a single band track, to strengthen the walking ability;
Filtration effect improvement: according to the actual working conditions, the filter filtration area and filter accuracy are improved, and the general diameter of oil absorber and return pipe can have been increased, and the service life of hydraulic components can be doubled;
Increase the capacity of oil mist: increase the capacity of oil mist, especially the diesel tank capacity to 130L, to meet the long-term working needs;
Improve the durability of the machine: the connection of the rotary head spindle and the drill rod clamp is changed to threaded connection to avoid the durability of long-running high speed working flat key;
Promote structural improvement and upgrading: promote the promotion of the chain pin thickening, dust capture skateboard seat and positioning cover strengthening, the structure is more reliable and durable;
Machine is more convenient operation: dust capture travel increased from 200mm to 300mm, front inclined drill bar frame storage of 6 drill rods to 9, more convenient operation.
